SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship only within the continental United States. However, as we grow, we hope to expand our shipping options to include international destinations in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
How long does it take to receive an order?
To operate as sustainably as possible, we create many of our products on demand for our customers, so the processing time is a little longer. Please allow 5-7 days for your product to be manufactured and shipped, followed by an additional 3-5 business days for delivery. Thank you for your patience and support!
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can track your package to your home!
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What if I received the wrong item or a defective product?
If you believe you received the wrong item, or there was a flaw with your product please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please include photos in your email to expedite the process and email us at info@granolagirloutfitters.com so we can make things right!
What is your return policy?
Because we’re a small business and many of our products are made-to-order or one-of-a-kind, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. We truly appreciate your understanding and support of our handcrafted work!
Damages & Issues:
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We’ll do our best to make it right.
