Wild Neighbors Print Club – Subscription Policy

Welcome to the Wild Neighbors Print Club! By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

1. Subscription Overview

The Wild Neighbors Print Club is a monthly art print & letter subscription.

Each month, you will receive:

  • One signed 5x7 art print

  • One themed sticker

  • One fact sheet about the subject

  • A personal letter from the artist

During your birthday month, you will also receive a limited edition birthday sticker.
Occasional bonus items may be included at the discretion of the artist.

2. Pricing & Billing

  • Subscription is $10 USD per month, which includes U.S. postage. For international members the subscription is $12 USD per month, including postage.

  • Your subscription will renew automatically each month on or around your original subscription date.

  • Payment is processed via Shopify’s secure checkout.

Payment failures:
If your payment fails, we’ll automatically retry up to 3 times. If it still doesn’t go through, your subscription will be cancelled, and you’ll need to resubscribe to continue receiving your prints.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • You may cancel at any time through your Shopify account or by contacting us at caitlintobeyart@gmail.com.

  • Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel a package, you will receive all prints that you had pre-paid for, but you won't be charged again during the next billing cycle.

  • Shipping & timing rules:
    For monthly subscribers:

    • If you cancel before the 15th of the month, you will not receive that month’s print.

    • If you cancel after the 15th, you will receive that month’s print, but will not receive the following month’s print.

  • Prints are processed and shipped monthly, so no refunds are offered once a print has entered production or been shipped.
  • If you experience any issues, such as not receiving your print, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

4. Shipping

  • Prints are mailed around the end of each month. For US members please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery and for international allow 2-3 weeks for delivery, but please note that delivery can vary depending on customs or delays from your local postal service,

  • Sign-ups 1st–15th receive that month’s print; 16th–31st receive the following month’s print.

  • Shipping delays may occur, but the artist will make every effort to ensure timely delivery.

  • Should your letter get lost in the mail, please reach out via caitlintobeyart@gmail.com.

5. Changes to Your Subscription

  • You may update your shipping address or email by contacting us before the next shipment.

  • The artist reserves the right to make occasional changes to packaging or included items, but the core subscription items will remain consistent.
